Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all products, services, and communications provided by FST B.V., a Besloten Vennootschap established in the Netherlands, hereafter referred to as "FST," "we," "our," or "us." By purchasing or using our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company and Jurisdiction 
FST B.V. is registered in the Netherlands. These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes shall be resolved through Dutch courts.

2. Products and Services 
FST provides digital guides, coaching services, and other wellness-supportive resources. While our team consists of experts in navigating healthcare systems, we are not licensed medical professionals, and our content does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Use of our products and services is at your own discretion and risk.

3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions 
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our website. However, usage of our products or coaching services is not restricted by age, provided parental consent is obtained where necessary.

4. Payment and Refund Policy 
Accepted payment methods include Stripe, PayPal, and wire transfer. All transactions are processed in Euros.

  • Digital Products (e.g., PDF guides): Refunds are only possible if the download link has not been accessed.
  • Coaching Services: Refunds are only available within 72 hours of purchase and only if no session or interaction has taken place.

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or content already accessed.

5. Delivery and Access

  • Digital products are delivered immediately via email or downloadable link.
  • Coaching availability is subject to scheduling and may take up to one week or longer depending on availability.

All coaching will be provided via Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Signal, or Odoo based on user preference.

6. Intellectual Property 
All content, guides, branding, visual designs, and coaching materials remain the intellectual property of FST B.V. and are protected under Dutch copyright laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, share, republish, or redistribute our content.
  • Modify or create derivative works.
  • Use any of our material for commercial or public use without express written permission.

Violations may result in legal action.

7. User Responsibilities 
You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of any private coaching or login credentials.

8. Privacy and Data Handling 
We retain chat logs, notes, and user input as part of service delivery. Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, modify, or delete your data. Requests can be made via [email protected].

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability 
Our services are educational and supportive in nature. We do not guarantee results or outcomes.

FST shall not be liable for:

  • Medical complications
  • Psychological distress
  • Delays in service delivery
  • Loss of income or opportunity
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of our services is entirely at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms 
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the most current version.
